MLM & Network Marketing Myths Debunked: We Expose 5 Common MLM & Network Marketing Myths

Posted By: admin on January 5, 2010 in MLM - Comments: Comments Off

“If it works, it works” as the ancient saying goes. That is, unless of course, it does’nt. Network Marketing & MLM opportunities look excellent on paper. We’ve all seen the presentations, wether via an online video presentation or at our kitchen table. We hear impressive terminology like “forced matrix”, “hybrid networking model” and “direct response networking” to get us salivating over potential for a quick net profit, and a long-term residual income. A distributor gets involved, spends time and money hoping to beat the staggering odds stacked against them. And, as with 99% of all network or multi-level marketer, the distributor fails. They lose money, motivation and inevitably drop out of the program.

This begs the question; “Why do people, knowing full well that statistically they will indeed fail, even get involved in the first place?” They bought into the myth, or illusion of MLM success.

Do we suggest that MLM and Network Marketing business models are a scam? Of course not. There are in fact legitimate opportunities out there that offer new and unique products or services to the market. After all, on paper, the math works out. But, in reality, the vast majority will fail within the first three months, regardless of the product or market appetite.

We will now summarize 5 of the most common myths attributed to MLM & Network Marketing in attempt to clarify the massive failure rate that networkers seem destined to endure.

Myth #1: MLM offers a better business opportunity than any other conventional model for amassing a large fortune.

Reality: 99% everyone who invests in MLM ends up losing money. That means that fewer than 1% of all MLM representatives ever earn a profit. With aproximately 13. 3 MLM and network marketing distributors in the US alone, only 130,000 ever make money. And those “gurus” earning a sustainable income at this business are an even smaller percentage still. The fact is that mathematics inevitably limit every MLM opportunity. The MLM Business model itself allows for only a small number of successful distributors. Continuous growth of an MLM company is in fact usually due to the constant number of new enrollees, most of which drop out by the third month. It takes an army of failures to make just one successful distributor.

Myth #2: MLM is simple. Recruiting Friends and relatives ensures you have Life-Time distributors & customers.

Reality: Capitalizing upon personal relationships like friends and family members to build your organization can hinder and even ruin social standing. Simply place, people don’t like being pressured by friends or relatives to buy products or join a business. Naturally, people tend to avoid them and identify them as a salesman, not a friend. This is jokingly referred to as the “NFL” or “No Friends Left” club in MLM & network marketing circles.

Myth #3: MLM & network marketing can be done successfully in your spare time. A few hours of time invested every week can earn a significant supplemental income and will grow exponentially, making further effort unnecessary.

Reality: Earning an income in MLM & network marketing requires extraordinary time commitment. “A few hours a week” inevitably leads to dominating people’s entire life. In MLM, because everyone with a heart beat is a prospect, every waking moment is a potential time for marketing and recruiting. Talent, dedication and salesmanship all require one key element to hone and enhance: time. This is one of the reasons why so many MLM ‘ers jump from program to program, hoping to catch the next wave. They have spent so much time on the phone and keeping up with changing company guidelines that it has really become their life.

Myth #4: MLM & network marketing are the best option for owning your own business and achieving financial independence.

Reality: Distributorship in MLM is not “owning a business”. Most MLM contracts have termination of the distributorship clauses in their Terms & Conditions Agreement. This makes it simple, and perfectly legal, to cancel your distributorship at will, commissions can be withheld and down lines can be taken away arbitrarily. MLM distributors are not “business owners”, but joiners in a rigid duplication system over which they have virtually no control and must adhere to.

Myth #5: Network marketing & MLM’s are the most effective after building a large down line, thus leading to long-term residual income.

Reality: Most assume that success with MLM depends on reselling the opportunity to sign up more distributors and building a massive organization. As a matter of fact, long term residual income lies in a loyal customer base, NOT from the organizations efforts. Translation: in the long term, money can be made from the customers using your product, not from that 99% failure rate we discussed earlier. Personal retailing is where the potential for long term income, not building huge down lines destined to collapse. So of course, the question arises, why even place any more money or effort into recruiting distributors, when the real money is on the retail side?

Is there an alternative? Is there a business model that can turn a 99% Failure Rate into a 99% Success Rate?

Web Site MLM Business: How To Have Control Of Your Business & Income Streams

Posted By: admin on in MLM - Comments: Comments Off

Having your own web site mlm business will become the normal mode of operation for this ancient industry. The shift away from ancient model mlm is building momentum! Out With Ancient Model MLM: In With The New Model The internet and modern technology has largely contributed to the shift from ancient mlm marketing thoughts. . . to new model online social interactive marketing. Incredible how the offline mlm industry has survived in the past decade, given that the methods only worked in favor of a very low percentage of mlmers. Back in the 1930’s when commission based network marketing started. . . it was the best available marketing method. Today that ‘ancient model’ has expired! New–better marketing methods are available and are still evolving. It’s right that some astute mlmers have been using the internet with their own web site mlm business sucessfully for many years. Others tried and failed. . . because they could not see a way to make money from their website. Network marketing companies restrictions on members having their own websites brought much grief! Eventually the only way to get around the situation evolved. That is by having your own web site mlm business in a ‘generic’ format. That is by not mentioning the company registered name or any product tradenames. Sure there are mlm companies that do provide, within their policies and guidelines for members to have their own website. That’s right. . . but not to promote the companies product with other company’s products. This does not work on the internet. . . you need to monetize your online business with multi-streams of income. Select Your own Sources Of Income One of the benefits of a web site mlm business is being able to market various theme-related programs, hard goods products, ebooks, and software on your site. The affiliate companies have thousands of these products available and the excellent news is. . . affiliate membership is free! Well. . . they want you to sell these products. . . don’t they. Also they pay commission up to 75% for digital programs and down to 1% for expensive hard goods products. Other sources of income are. . . (CPA) cost-per-action referrals, selling ad space to the search marketing groups, or promoting your own products. All your web site mlm business products should be ‘on-theme’ with your mlm product or be products that mlmers can use in their business. People don’t join an mlm business on their first site-visit. They will partner with you in your business, only when a level of trust develops. Those site-visitors interested in your website or blog information will subscribe to your newsletter. From your newsletter you can continue to provide quality theme information and recommend useful programs and products for their business. Target marketing is absolute ‘key’ in a web site mlm business and of course in any online business! Internet Success: Marketing To Your Target Market Many millions of websites on the world wide web are just that. . . websites. Just a site that no one goes to. . . because no knows about it! To have a web site mlm business functioning effectively. . . you need to complement it with many of the available content marketing and interactive social marketing methods. Your website will gain natural search traffic if it has been properly search engine optimized. Although some websites with high demand products do well. . . standing alone. . . most sites need help. Today we have help in the form of blogs, Squidoo lenses, Hubpages, YouTube pages, article-writing, press-releases, Digg, Stumbleupon, Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, and niche forums. By linking these content and interactive marketing methods. . . you increase your standing at the search engines and find more traffic visiting your web site mlm business. But there’s more to it than that! Through the social interactive sites you make contact with like-minded people. You specifically target people who are seeking a mlm business. When these people go to your site. . . they’re already ’sold’ on you! Your recommendations now have much more value to them. This seriously makes learning ‘the tricks of the trade’ in using these social networking and content based marketing methods a vital necessity in achieving online success! Take The Time To Gain The Know-How Growing a successful web site mlm business doesn’t happen overnight! Each process to the ‘whole package’ takes plotting and time to gain the required skill. Making an information website, based on your mlm theme with your monetization links in place, as well as your subscriber-box for newsletter subscribers. . . should be your starting point! At least 30 web-pages will give you reasonable standing with the search engines. Then you should set-up a few blogs. Each one with its own theme. The business. . . the product. . . and maybe the causes/solution as your themes. Then set-up several Squidoo lenses all directed to your website and/or blog. Same with Hubpages, article-writing, and press-releases. Video-marketing with a YouTube page requires some extra effort. One excellent video can have so much impact though. . . and therefore. . . that extra effort would be rewarded! Joining niche-forums, and the social networking sites like Facebook, MySpace and the mini-blog site. . . Twitter. . . is simple enough, but using the sites and growing a following to ‘target’ your market involves a small know-how! Timing is everything. . . some people say. Many internet mlm business operators have struggled to use these methods. Incorrect use simply limits results. A new and unique course that teaches and shows you in click-by-click style videos. . . how to use all the above interactive and content marketing methods is available. With a course like this behind you. . . and if you take the time to learn the process. . . to place the whole package together. . . you’d have to succeed in your web site mlm business! Conclusions Taking your web site mlm business to the point where you could easily have many more business partner prospects than you could handle. . . is possible! In a lifetime of ‘talkin the talk’ in ‘ancient model’ mlm. . . you could only ever hope to connect with a fraction of a percent of the people you can reach through the internet. The fact that you can more easily target your market via the benefits of Web 2. 0 social interaction and therefore qualify (pre-sell) those people before they choose to partner with you. . . is powerful! It would seem that the sensible thing to do in an mlm business. . . would be to learn how to use all the Web 2. 0 tools and start online socializing. Pope Benedict said, in reference to social networking, that connecting with people has to be a excellent thing. I’m with him. . . He’s right and the time is right to get going with a web site mlm business!

Best MLM Companies – Is This Really True?

Posted By: admin on in Business, Home Business, MLM, Marketing - Comments: Comments Off

When you’ve chose to adhere to an MLM trade, you’ve got to ensure, in the first place, that Multi Level Marketing is for you, and in the second place, that you opt for the best MLM company.

If you are the connection-building kind of personality, and one who would unreservedly leave the safety of an 8 hour/day job and of a constant income, only to be able to establish your own work schedule and income according to your efforts, then an MLM prospect would most likely suit you well.

What’s the best MLM organization? In my view, there is no such thing. But there is such thing as a organization that would support you in order to make the best of your efforts, and this is the type of company you should be searching for. There are some of them, so if any person gives you the “MY company is the only one” talk, don’t let yourself lured into it.

There are points your success depends on that are just related to the MLM business you choose. Let’s have a quick glance over them and over the questions you should question yourself before choosing any MLM company.

To start with, let’s look at the product: is there order for that product? Could it have millions of prospective buyers? Does it present value in exchange for that price? Is it overpriced? People wouldn’t buy costly cosmetic products in times of recession. Is it consumable? This means constant orders from buyers. Most vital of all, does it have a monthly auto-ship program to make it work? All network marketing companies that are honest and authorized will have some sort of monthly product-ship and membership plot.

I would propose the compensation plot in the second place, though some persons may even look at it as coming first when choosing an MLM organization. Can you comprehend it? What are the conditions for you to get paid? Is it worth it for you? Bear in mind that it takes approximately the same effort to market a $10 product as for a $500 product. Do you have retail commissions? Does the plot bring in residual income? Do you receive payments for sponsoring new members? What about the override income on your team’s sales? If you can’t stand risks, then it’s possible that you like better the Get-Paid-Today form (direct pay at the moment of sale).

Then, and only then, make certain you reckon about the company itself: Does the company have excellent leaders at the top running it, with MLM success experience in the past? The product should be something that is one of a kind and, even more, that has no competition. If it is not unique, it has to be above the rest. I also trust that if you consider getting involved with a “me too” product, one that is not exclusive, then you should only get involved if the business has at least 3 years of market experience. If it does, then it should have shown some development already; go question excellent ancient Google, for example – what does the internet know about it?

A worthy retention rate (over 50 %) is something to reflect on, and even a low startup expense is excellent to have, but most weighty of all, you need to inspect your potential support system. Without it, you’ll be making no money, no matter how competent the company, the product and the compensation plot are. Does your upline in the company support you? Do they answer to your problems rapidly and successfully? Can they show you internet network marketing skills? Can they help you place up your own website and, most notably, drive traffic to it? Can they teach you how to use online social networks to promote your products? Contacting your family and friends isn’t going to be as much as necessary to substantiate your business long-term. You need the potential of the internet to get hold of people all over the country and around the globe in order to form a substantial, lasting team.

A excellent internet marketing strategy can allow you to arrive at a 3 or 4 figure income within months. If you haven’t located a qualified leader, you’d better search for one, as irrespective of the MLM company you opt for, the training you have and the system you use are essential. And these depend on you, not on your company

MLM Success and the Law of Attraction

Posted By: admin on in MLM - Comments: Comments Off

It would be a disservice not to take some time to address the impact of the Law of Attraction on the level of MLM Success one can achieve. Regardless of how you conceptualize the workings of this law, whether merely as a psychological process or spiritual one, it would be wise to give it some attention. Have you ever landed on a website just to be assaulted by ads, pop-ups and flashing buttons desperately trying to get you to click on something to capture a dollar? What was your reaction? Have you ever opened an article just to find out that the title was deceptive and it was really just one huge sales pitch for whatever the author was trying to desperately pitch? Did you choose to join their opportunity? Could this be the Law of Attraction at work? As Network Marketers we are extremely focused on success… You have to have respect for anyone in this industry as it shows that they are part of the few people really working to achieve their dreams. So many in our society don’t even try. But… You have to question yourself whether your communications are sending the right message. Do they really communicate success or desperation? The Law of attraction is a way of saying “like attracts like” or “what you place out you will see in return. ” For example, someone always looking for a fight will usually find one! Additionally the Law indicates that every subject is really two subjects. This is vital to our discussion of MLM Success because many who are looking for success are really desperately trying not to fail. There is a huge difference in the “energy” of these two subjects. Success & Failure are intertwined really being two sides of the same coin. So many in this industry are struggling, frustrated, desperate, tired and discouraged and yet they continue to fight, they continue to push …and they still see no success. You really do have to admire the effort but there is an simpler way. Instead of fighting to paddle upstream to the land of failure wouldn’t it be nice to let the current take you downstream to the land of success! That is where you are trying to get to is it not? How do you know what you are attracting? Simply question yourself how you feel in this very moment. Do you feel abundantly successful? Which brings us to HOPE. Many do sit down in front of their computers feeling hopeful that their efforts will see results but hope is also an uncertain and future vibration. SUCCESS is a confident and present tense feeling. Unless you first feel successful you will never be able to make the MLM success you are looking for. Hope attracts hope. Success attracts success. Whether we are discussing an immutable law of the Universe or a self fulfilling prophesy is a mute point. The evidence is clear… question yourself how you feel and then question yourself if the results you have seen match. Do you want to change your results? Then you absolutely must first change the way you feel. There is no other way around it. You cannot make success feeling frustration or any of the other negative emotions. MLM Success is about, what you reckon, how you feel, what you believe, who you are and finally what you do. Everyone starts with action, yes action is necessary but only after you have addressed your internal reality will you see positive results from your efforts. There is absolutely nothing outside yourself holding you back from the MLM success you are looking for. The Universe is abundant, opportunity abounds in every direction. This is a multi-billion dollar industry. I know what you’re thinking but…the current economic situation is only an indication of mass consciousness…you do not need to accept a poverty mindset just because everyone else has. For example…Amway Global signs up twelve thousand new distributors a day! With a 95% failure rate imagine the number of people out there from this one prospect pool that are in need of your help! BECOME an MLM Leader by virtue of who you are and the success will manifest. The opportunity is there! All the success you are looking for is right there.

Building a Solid MLM Business

Posted By: admin on in MLM - Comments: Comments Off

So many struggling MLM’ers are failing in this industry and it is not due to lack of effort. Most go their whole lives wishing for more out of life and never even make the attempt to better their situations. Everyone really working to accomplish their dreams deserves to be applauded but I despise to see their efforts wasted. A disturbing trend I have noticed is that individuals are getting involved with one opportunity after another whether it is an MLM, affiliate, referral etc… You have seen these people; you know the ones with one tweet after another promoting everything under the sun. They then jump right into social networking with the single focused intent to promote (sell) anything and everything they can. Mistake #1: Indiscriminately promoting anything and everything! You must first form a business plot and carefully chose what it is you are willing to promote. Your reputation is on the line. In any business, but especially small business, you need to target one specific audience with laser precision. Determine what your niche is and focus all of your energy on that. Successful marketers start by determining what is needed and then develop products and services to meet those needs. They don’t blanket the universe with random ads hoping someone will see it and buy. This brings us to a related mistake. Whether it is on Myspace, Facebook, Twitter or anywhere else most people are using social networking sites for advertising and only advertising. Most “tweets” are 100% sales messages. Myspace group posts are all advertising messages. There aren’t even forum posts anymore! Mistake #2: Forgetting to “network” on social networking sites. Your goal should be to position yourself as an adviser, be of service and genuinely connect with others if you are looking to build a strong MLM business. Which brings us to our question… Are You Looking to Make a Couple Sales or Build an MLM Business? Its possible you can work your fingers to the bone and make a few sales in the process by tweeting your heart out, posting ads on Craigslist and so on… but then what? Once you stop…so does the meager sales you might have generated (if you were lucky). Mistake #3: Jumping into social networking, PPC campaigns and any other advertising before you have built a business to promote. You must first build YOUR business before you promote anything and what you promote should fit into YOUR business plot. Many “MLM Gurus” will feed you genius small insights into marketing principles. They will excite you with thoughts about attraction marketing. They will give you a piece of the puzzle here and there and then bait you into purchasing more. Then once they teach you all this fantastic stuff they say…now all you have to do is promote my product! What? How does that position you as a leader? It doesn’t. Your job is to build your business. There is a valid role for affiliate marketing in your business plot but you really should be focused on establishing a solid business of your own. To do that you really should stop everything your doing until you have built a website of your own. The life-blood of any online business is traffic. Not traffic to your prepackaged MLM site, referral sites, affiliate sites…but YOUR website. This is how you establish yourself as a legitimate presence on the web. Your “networking” sites should serve as feeder sites to YOUR website. Your website can then feed your other sites. In this way you position yourself so the search engines deliver free traffic to you. (targeted traffic) At that point you can deliver your message, pre-sell your visitors and direct them through your sales funnel. Okay…so how do you build your business so it generates ongoing free traffic for years to come giving you the ability to promote anything you want to YOUR visitors? Make it your business to help others build their businesses! Content is the currency of the internet. Four Things to Consider for a Good MLM Lead

Posted By: admin on January 2, 2010 in MLM - Comments: 1 Comment »

Do you have a need an MLM lead? Do you own your own mlm business? If you do then you know that one of the most vital things you can never stop working on, is a fresh prospect. One in which you can show your business plot. An mlm person that is looking for a way to make money could be worth thousands of dollars to you in the future.

In this article we are going to talk about four things to keep in mind when it comes to mlm leads!

1. Fresh leads is a must for your internet business! Today running an mlm business is much different than it was several years ago. This is directly due to the World Wide Web. Now people who had challenges in recruiting individuals into their business model (some never sponsor even one person) are building downlines they could have never thought possible before utilizing the Internet.

This is right because the Internet offers a never-ending supply of fresh leads to your business if you do it right. So the first thing you are looking for in an mlm lead is how fresh is it.

2. Do not buy ancient leads. If you want fresh leads, what excellent will it do you to buy leads that are 60-90 days ancient or even older? These are just recycled names that an mlm lead company is most likely selling once again in order to make money. These people have been contacted over and over, most of which are tired of receiving “sales” calls! Unless you are a phone pro working mlm leads via a telephone is a waste of your time.

3. Get your own leads. This is the best way to build a prospect list of your own through the Internet. Not necessarily by writing down the names of everyone you know. If you have been in previous mlm network marketing businesses you may have already contacted all of your friends and family. You are better off to use the Internet to build a never-ending supply of fresh mlm leads.

4. Do not use the replicated website as your “only” source your mlm company gives you. It is virtually the same one everyone else is using, just with your name on it. You are better off to host a one page landing page where your give away a free report in exchange for your visitors name and email address.

Have that contact info lead into an Autoresponder where you follow up by email over and over, dripping information about the business opportunity (or products and services) in general. As you build up more trust, start to offer additional incentives and or bonuses that you and/or your mlm marketing company has as a solution to their situation.

Getting your own mlm leads is the best way to do it and you will never run out of people to contact, due to millions of people come online everyday looking for ways to make money and someone to help them do it.

Web 2.0 to Generate the Best Mlm Leads That Actually Call you

Posted By: admin on in MLM - Comments: Comments Off

So few people are utilizing the new Web 2. 0 to generate the best mlm leads for their mlm business! Web 2. 0 can be utilized to not only for lead generation but to set you up as an authority in the industry.

What is Web 2. 0 and how can you generate the best mlm leads that call YOU interested in joining your business and finding out more?

You will hear lots of very different definitions of Web 2. 0 so lets keep it simple. When someone says Web 2. 0 they are simply referring to the ever expanding number of web sites using creative technologies to bring the internet to life.

Examples of web 2. 0 sites are myspace, youtube, squidoo and blogging. These can be used to generate leads that really call YOU about your mlm business. These are the best mlm leads possible.

Now, back to you&

Web 2. 0 Marketing has a smaller, more focused meaning, and, most importantly, Web 2. 0 MLM Marketing is a razor sharp technique that slices right into what works on todays internet to generate a steady stream of the best mlm leads that are targeted for your MLM business.

In simple terms, Web 2. 0 marketing for the best mlm leads works like this:

1. You make a blog dedicated to your MLM product OR opportunity, positioning you as the expert or authority. (Which should it be? Youll have to read my other articles for suggestions on that.

2. You give your content hungry visitors the ability to interact with you and your blog via voting, commenting, sharing and customizing.

3. You make sure your blog posts are accessible to anyone and everyone whos even slightly interested by using the new social networking techniques that allow you to hire the internet to spread the word about your product or opportunity. These techniques include but are not limited to: o Pinging o Tagging/Bookmarking o Submitting o Syndicating (RSS)

4. Convert that steady stream of interested visitors / mlm leads into distributors by giving them a excellent reason to join YOU, not just your product or opportunity. (This is why they call you and question to join YOUR team instead of, perhaps, their co-worker who just sprung them with an unexpected 3-way call about the opportunity. not that you are trying to steal distributors but being perceived as the expert will always give you the advantage. This is why web 2. 0 makes the best mlm leads out there!)

5. Rinse and repeat the process as you spot healthy and marketable business opportunities.

One of the largest mistakes we see with people trying to utilize web 2. 0 to generate the best mlm leads is promoting the company and not branding oneself. You need to become the expert and the leader. People follow people not businesses. Tell your tale and within that tale offer a solution to other peoples problems

It is time to get your home based MLM business in track by putting Web 2. 0 to work for you and start generating the best mlm leads youve ever seen! It doesn’t get any better than an mlm lead really calling YOU begging to learn about your business!?

MLM Training–5 Magnifying Ways to Grow Your MLM Downline Guaranteed

Posted By: admin on in MLM - Comments: Comments Off

Many who jump into a mlm business are unaware of the sacrifices it takes to grow a hefty downline. Some may even believe that success happens overnight, which qualifies why the attrition rate in this industry is so high. On the other hand, I would fathom that there are a select few out there who are focused enough and willing to stick it out, fight the excellent fight, and learn how to grow a prosperous downline. Let’s get right into the 5 magnifying ways to grow your mlm downline:

1. Seek mindset training–I like to embark on this one tip, because without the proper mindset and focus, you’ll never succeed in this industry. Make sure you locate your “Why” for starting an mlm business. Go and fill your mind with books on business empowerment at your local book store. Study successful people and most of all never give up on your dream.

2. Find a duplicatible system–If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I’m sure you’ve heard that quote before. To make your life simpler in your business, you need a system that sorts and does the selling for you. A system that has been proven to groom those who are serious and weed out those who are not.

3. Coaching, training, and tools–Without the proper education or know-how, you’ll never make it. I’ve never met anyone who hasn’t been taught certain techniques to use while growing their mlm business. Rest assured, coaching, training, and tools will never go out of style in this industry. Get in touch with your upline. Get as much help as you possibly need to succeed.

4. Get Automated–If you’re not utilizing some type of autoresponder for your business, you’re not in business. If you’re building a list, which I hope you are, there’s no possible way that you can keep in touch with hundreds or even thousands of people at the same time without a excellent autoresponder. Automation will make life simpler while building your downline.

5. Find a mentor–This is probably my most favorite tip. How would you feel if you worked alongside someone who is already successful in this industry? Someone who can show you the ropes from the ground up. The key when having a mentor is to basically be coachable and teachable. Do yourself a favor and find a mentor, because it will make your mlm experience worth it.

Growing your downline in your mlm business is a tedious venture. On the other hand, the rewards can be astounding if impatience doesn’t become an issue. One can only achieve what his mind will tell him he can achieve. By fighting through the agony of building a sucessful business, you will accomplish the dream you set out for.

MLM Success Secrets: Choosing the Right MLM Business

Posted By: admin on in MLM - Comments: Comments Off

Choosing the right mlm business can be a daunting task for some people. Especially for those who are starting their own business for the first time. This industry has been around for many years and made many people very rich. While the effort you place into a business of your own is most certainly what you will get out of it, you must be sure you are making the right choice to get involved with starting a business. With so many opportunities available how can you be sure you are choosing the right business?

Choosing the right mlm business is crucial to your success. Over 92% of mlm business owners fail every year for many different reasons. A huge reason is that most people get involved expecting to make huge money straight away and never see stick around long enough to see the results. Another reason is because there are a lot of companies that never make it off the ground and close their doors leaving you with nothing. The following mlm secrets of success guide will help you be a part of the 8% of individuals who do make it in the mlm business world and become a part of the top 1% of money earners in the United States. 1. What Are You Passionate About?

When thinking about getting involved with an mlm business reckon of something you are passionate about. This will help you in the long run, if you are passionate about a product or service, it’s simple to be passionate about your business and it will be hard to get discouraged by any negativity that may be around you. If you truly believe in what you are marketing, your passion will shine through, others will notice and the results of your efforts will be reflected tremendously. 2. Evaluate Leadership

Leadership is one of the largest mlm secrets of success. Look at the credibility of the owners of an mlm company before getting involved. When choosing the right mlm business, consider the length of time the company has been incorporated, if it’s only been around a couple of years, know that a lot of mlm companies are unsuccessful in the first 3-4 years. If the owners have a proven track record there is a excellent chance you are getting involved with a legitimate opportunity and you can rest assured the company will be around for years to come.

I would also evaluate the leadership abilities of your upline sponsor. How readily available is your upline sponsor if you need help? If you don’t have a phone number and an email address I would be wary of the leadership above you. You want to be sure you are going to be able to get a hold of your upline for support or your business is doomed. 3. Evaluate The System and Training

This step is a very crucial step to your success. Be sure that the company you are choosing has some type of system and ongoing education to ensure your success. I wouldn’t join any company that doesn’t have a clearly defined direction for their new representatives. When choosing the right mlm business, you must know the products and services that you are marketing or it does you no excellent to have a business of your own. Evaluate the marketing tools that are available to you and make sure there is some type of marketing system for obtaining leads. Without tools and a system it will be hard to find prospects to market your product or service to and you are risking the chance of being a statistic in the 98% of those who fail. 4. Quality Of Products And Residual Income

Residual income is the reason why most people get involved with an mlm business. It ensures our income keeps coming in when we are ready to stop working. The quality of the product or service you are marketing is the key to a repeat sale in order to make a solid residual income. Again, I would say be sure you are passionate about what you are marketing and you won’t have to worry about this. 5. Evaluate Yourself

You have to question yourself is now the right time for you get involved with a business of your own? Is it the right time for you to be doing something? You must know that getting involved with a business takes hard work, dedication, commitment, heart and desire. Be prepared to make sacrifices. Being successful is not simple and if you aren’t prepared to make a few sacrifices you will be heavily disappointed. If you aren’t ready and don’t have all of these things, it’s probably not the right time to get involved.

Once you have evaluated your opportunity and committed yourself to getting involved you should be very pleased with your results. If you are truly passionate and give your all, it will be virtually impossible for you to fail. Be confident that you have chosen the right mlm business. While an mlm business isn’t for everyone, it has proven, for those who have selected it, to be a very effective way to make an alternate stream of revenue without the expense of a traditional business.

MLM & Network Marketing Myths Debunked: We Expose 5 Common MLM & Network Marketing Myths

Posted By: admin on in MLM - Comments: Comments Off

Posted By: admin on January 1, 2010 in MLM - Comments: Comments Off

Why are some people making an absolute fortune online, while the vast majority are not? Learn How to turn a 99% Failure Rate into a 99% Success Rate! Ex-MLM Guru Richard Morris has done just that!
